This year, SECA is excited to partner with the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System (TECPDS) to provide conference certificates. This partnership will streamline the process, ensuring you receive your certificate more quickly.

To register for the SECA conference, you’ll need a FREE TECPDS account. If you don’t already have an account, click the button below to sign up. Please note: If you do not need Texas-issued credit, SECA will still provide your certificate, with verification through the TECPDS system. If you have any questions at all please contact the SECA office.

Conference Refund Policy
Refunds will be made prior to February 1, 2025, upon written request of the registrant. A $10 processing fee will be charged on each refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER February 1, 2025. SECA is not responsible for hotel or travel expenses should any cancellation be necessary.
Consent to Use Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, SECA meetings and/or other activities at the SECA Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant/attendee to SECA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant/attendee's image, likeness, and appearance in photographs of such events and activities.
