Members of SECA have access to our digital archives of Dimensions of Early Childhood as an added benefit. This member benefit provides access to issues as far back as 2003 with issues dating back to 1973 being added soon.
Remembering the history of the organization is important and you’ll find many clues to what the Southern Association on Children Under Six (SACUS), now the Southern Early Childhood Association, held as its mission. The journal during this period routinely included messages from leadership, information on public policy and pending legislation, reports from the annual conference, information on SACUS business, public policy positions and initiatives, and reviews of professional literature and children’s books
We’re pleased to be able to provide this information to a broader audience…..these old articles might be particularly appropriate for students who would like to look at how the practice has changed and compare the “then and now”.
